Bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso-machine etcetera), living-room, balcony, sleeping-room with 2 single beds, TV (bluewinTV), free WiFi, 1- 2 parking spaces. If required: 1 additional sleeping room (2 beds) with low roof pitch (see picture) for 1 adult or 2 kids available. Whole flat approx. 70 qm, separate entrance., central heating, last renovation of the flat 2020.
For babys: winding underlay, baby high chair, baby bath tub, baby travel bed, 60 x 120 cm (without bedclothes)

Cosy Chalet-apartment (3,5 rooms) with balcony (chairs, table, deck chairs) and fabulous mountain-lake-view. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to woods and mountains. We live in the same house and we are available for questions. The appartment has been new renovated in autumn 2020.
Sheeds and towels are whashed with organic laundry detergent. If you wish, you can order fresh organic vegetables and herbs from our garden (depending on seasonal-availability).
Surroundings:
Less than 45 minutes by car to: Bern, Interlaken, Thun, Beatus-Caves, Jungfraubahn Top of Europe, Trümmelbachfälle, Schilthornbahn, Grindelwald, Schynige-Platte, Meiringen, Reichenbachfälle, Meringen & Sherlock Holmes-Museum
Short walking-distance to bus-station (every 30 minutes express-bus to Thun main station).
Less than 5 Minutes by car (10 minutes walking) to: village (shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket, shoe-shop, drugstore, ...).
10 minutes by car to lake (public swimming bath with lake entrance for free) and while winter-season to the skilifts Schwanden/Wileralmi.

Baby Treatment by neighbors.
Minimum stay: 3 Month
Price: 55 CHF per night for 1-2 guests, 60 CHF per night for 3-4 guests.
(incl. bedsheets and bath towels, WiFi, parking space, electricity, water, TV)
Cleaning: 200 CHF.
Price off for long residence negotiable.
Conditions: The apartment is a non-smoking-apartment, smoking allowed on the balcony.. The rent will be payed latest at first day after arrival or in advance by bankwire.. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the amount has to be payed. Booking at least 5 days before arrival. If you leave before the end of your booked time, we do not give any refund. No animals allowed. No credit cards - we accept Cash or withdrawal. Arrival time between 16- 23 pm, depature time until 11 am. Please send us a message about your arrival time before. Thanks!

Airplane: Inexpensive direct-flights from every bigger city in Europe to Bern-Belp with the carrier http://www.flyskywork.com/de. Also via Zürich Airport you will reach Sigriswil in a 2-hours-train-journey.
Public Transport: From Thun Main station an express-bus (every 30 minutes) will bring you in about 20 minutes to Sigriswil Dorf.
Car: A parking space in front of the house will be at your disposal. Driving time to the next places of excursion: 15 minutes to Thun, 40 minutes to Bern, 25 minutes to Interlaken, 45 minutes to Grindelwald (Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau) & Jungraujoch, 5 minutes to lake of Thun
